Ingredients
| 4 | Large artichokes |
| 200g | Mixed lean minced meat |
| 200g | Crushed natural tomato |
| 1 | Small onion |
| 2 cloves | Garlic |
| 1 tbsp | Olive oil |
| To taste | Parsley and paprika |
Preparation

Clean the artichokes: remove the tough outer leaves, cut the stem and tip. Hollow out the center with a melon baller to create a space for the filling. Steam for 15 minutes.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in oil. Add the minced meat and brown well. Stir in the crushed tomato, paprika, and parsley. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Fill each artichoke with the meat mixture. Place in a baking dish with a little broth at the bottom. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Serve with the cooking liquid as a sauce.
