Ingredients
| 300g | Carrot |
| 200g | Sweet potato |
| 150g | Roasted chicken breast |
| 700ml | Vegetable broth |
| 1 | Onion |
| 1 tsp | Ginger powder |
| 20g | Pumpkin seeds |
| 1 tbsp | Olive oil |
Preparation
- Peel and chop the carrot, sweet potato, and onion. Sauté the onion in oil for 3 minutes. Add the vegetables and ginger, sauté for 2 more minutes.
