Ingredients

1 liter Low-sodium vegetable broth
200g Silken tofu
2 tbsp White miso paste
30g Dried wakame seaweed
3 Spring onions
1 tsp Sesame oil

Preparation

  1. Rehydrate the wakame seaweed in cold water for 10 minutes. Heat the broth over medium heat without letting it boil.
