Ingredients

150g Firm tofu
80g Tempeh
½ head Cauliflower
1 cup Cooked edamame
1 Avocado
3 tbsp Tamari sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
To taste Black sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes between paper towels to remove excess water. Cut into cubes and marinate in tamari for 10 minutes. Slice the tempeh.
  2. Pulse the cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice. Sauté in a dry pan for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring. Set aside.

  3. Fry the tofu and tempeh in sesame oil until golden brown on all sides. Assemble the bowl with cauliflower rice as the base, topped with tofu, tempeh, edamame, and sliced avocado. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
