Greek Tuna Salad with Chickpeas and Lemon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
| 2 cans | Tuna in water (160g) |
| 200g | Cooked chickpeas |
| 100g | Cucumber |
| 150g | Cherry tomatoes |
| 50g | Light feta cheese |
| 40g | Black olives |
| 2 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 | Lemon (juice and zest) |
Preparation

Wash and cut the cucumber into half-moons and the cherry tomatoes in half. Drain the tuna and chickpeas well.

Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the lemon juice and zest with the oil, salt, oregano, and black pepper.
