Ingredients
| 180g | Beef sirloin strips |
| 120g | Cooked quinoa |
| 1 | Red bell pepper |
| 1 | Yellow bell pepper |
| 100g | Bean sprouts |
| 2 tbsp | Tamari sauce (gluten-free) |
| 1 tsp | Fresh grated ginger |
| 1 tsp | Sesame oil |
Preparation
- Cut the peppers into julienne strips and the beef into thin strips against the grain. Marinate for 5 minutes in tamari and ginger.

Heat the wok to maximum power until it smokes. Sauté the beef for 2 minutes on very high heat without stirring (to sear). Remove and set aside.

In the same wok, sauté the peppers for 3 minutes. Add the bean sprouts and beef. Mix for 1 minute over high heat. Serve over quinoa with sesame oil.
🍽️ Presentation: Serve in a dark bowl or black plate. White quinoa as a base, the colorful wok on top with the red of the pepper, yellow and green of the sprouts. A drizzle of sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds for a magazine-worthy Asiatic-fit finish.
