Spinach, Mango and Protein Green Smoothie

Ingredients

80g Baby spinach
150g Frozen mango
1 scoop Natural protein
200ml Light coconut milk
1 tsp Grated ginger
½ Lemon (juice)

Preparation

  1. Wash the spinach and dry it. Add all ingredients to the blender cup from densest to least dense: liquid first, then solids.
