Ingredients
| 40g | Chia seeds |
| 300ml | Unsweetened almond milk |
| 150g | Ripe mango |
| 1 scoop | Vanilla protein powder |
| 1 tsp | Toasted shredded coconut |
| 1 tsp | Honey |
Preparation

The night before: mix the chia seeds with the almond milk and protein scoop. Stir well to avoid lumps. Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the chia pudding, which will have fully gelled. If it's too thick, add a little milk.

Peel and cut the mango into cubes or fan-shaped slices. Place on top of the pudding and finish with toasted shredded coconut and honey.
🍽️ Presentation: Serve in a beautiful glass jar for a visual layering effect. From the outside, you can see the different textures: the dark chia base, the orange mango layer, and the white coconut topping. Perfect for an overhead (flat lay) photo.
