Ingredients

40g Chia seeds
300ml Unsweetened almond milk
150g Ripe mango
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
1 tsp Toasted shredded coconut
1 tsp Honey

Preparation

  1. The night before: mix the chia seeds with the almond milk and protein scoop. Stir well to avoid lumps. Refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning, stir the chia pudding, which will have fully gelled. If it's too thick, add a little milk.
  3. Peel and cut the mango into cubes or fan-shaped slices. Place on top of the pudding and finish with toasted shredded coconut and honey.
