Ingredients
| 80g | Whole rolled oats |
| 1 scoop | Vanilla protein powder |
| 200ml | Oat milk |
| 100g | Mixed red berries |
| 1 tbsp | Almond butter |
| 1 tsp | Chia seeds |
Preparation

Mix the oats with the milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 2 minutes on medium power, stirring halfway through.
- Add the scoop of protein powder and mix quickly with a spoon until a homogeneous texture is obtained. If it's too thick, add a splash of milk.

Pour into a bowl and place the red berries in the center forming a mound. Add the almond butter to one side and sprinkle with chia seeds.
🍽️ Presentation: Serve in a large ceramic bowl. Arrange the red berries in alternating colored rows (blackberry, strawberry, blueberry). Drizzle the almond butter in a fine zigzag pattern. Sprinkle with chia seeds and finish with a fresh mint leaf for the photo.
