Ingredients
| 2 slices | Protein or rye bread |
| 100g | Fresh ricotta |
| 80g | Fresh raspberries |
| 15g | Unsalted, chopped pistachios |
| 1 tsp | Rosemary honey |
| Zest | Of lemon |
Preparation

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or oil-free pan until crispy and golden around the edges.

Mix the ricotta with lemon zest and a pinch of salt. Spread generously over each slice of toast.

Place the raspberries on top (whole or lightly crushed). Distribute the chopped pistachios and finish with a thin drizzle of honey and lemon zest.
