2 slices Protein or rye bread
100g Fresh ricotta
80g Fresh raspberries
15g Unsalted, chopped pistachios
1 tsp Rosemary honey
Zest Of lemon

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or oil-free pan until crispy and golden around the edges.
  2. Mix the ricotta with lemon zest and a pinch of salt. Spread generously over each slice of toast.
