Ingredients
| 200g | Frozen Edamame in pods |
| 1 tsp | Flaky sea salt |
| 1 tsp | Toasted sesame seeds |
| A few drops | Sesame oil |
| Optional | Chili flakes or shichimi |
Preparation

Steam the edamame for 5-6 minutes from frozen, or boil in salted water for 4 minutes. It should be bright green and firm to the bite.
- Drain and place in a large bowl. Sprinkle flaky sea salt over them so it adheres to the hot pods.

Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and add a few drops of intensely fragrant sesame oil. Serve hot or at room temperature. Eat by popping the beans out of the pod with your teeth.
