⚡ No-Bake Oat, Cocoa, and Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients (12 balls)

150g Fine rolled oats
3 tbsp Peanut butter
2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp Raw honey
30g 85% dark chocolate chips
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. If it's too dry, add an extra spoon of honey. If it's too wet, add more oats.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes to firm up and become easy to handle.

  3. Divide into 12 equal portions and shape into balls with damp hands. Roll them in extra cocoa powder or shredded coconut. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
